Everwood is an American prime time drama series which was initially aired in the USA by The WB. The series was sat in the small town of Colorado named Everwood. The drama consists of some serious stories which are associated by some comedic moments. Including these two the drama became very attractive and interesting.

Actually the drama was filmed in Ogden, South Salt Lake, and Draper, Utah and the pilot series was plotted in Canmore, Alberta, Denver, Colorado and Calgary.

The Everwood series continues for four seasons from 2002 to 2006. After the merger of The WB and UPN and formation of the new television network known as The CW Television Network, the series of Everwood was never shown. The Everwood was shown in ABC Family on October 2, 2006 for the duration of series at weeknights. The recaps were shown in Canada at Tuesday evenings at 7 EST on Vision TV.

For the main title theme Everwood received the Emmy nominations. It was written by Blake Neely. The guest actor in comedy James Earl Jones, for his outstanding performance was also nominated in 2004.

For the character Dr. Andy Brown which was played by Treat Williams was nominated for the Screen Actors Guild award in 2003 and 2004.

The parents’ television council also rated the Everwood as the "Worst Show of the Year" for 2003 and 2004. Madison's pregnancy created a huge impact in Andy and Ephram's relationship. This fact also became very popular and it was the turning point of their relationship.

All the seasons of this series was very popular and people’s rating of this series was always below 5.

The story starts with the renowned neurosurgeon in Manhattan named Dr. Andy Brown and his 9 years old little daughter d Delia and 15 years old son Ephram. Doctor Brown chose the little town Everwood of Colorado because of his late wife’s emotional touch with that place. Most of the episodes were about shifting the family from Manhattan to Everwood, dealing with the members of the family, development of relationship between Dr. Brown and Ephram etc.
